Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we love creating something special just for you! Whether it’s a personalized gift, a custom scent, or a candle tailored to a special occasion, we’re happy to help bring your vision to life.

To discuss your custom order, please contact us at sales@boswelliacandleco.com with the details of your request. Please note that custom orders may require additional processing time and are subject to minimum order requirements. Let us help make your idea uniquely yours!

How long does shipping take?

We process most orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, transit times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 1-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Arrives within 1-2 business days.
  • Local Delivery (Select Areas in Massachusetts):

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

What if I want to return a product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@boswelliacandleco.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Kindly note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used candles.

What if my package arrives broken?

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package is damaged during transit, we’ll gladly replace or refund the damaged items.

Please email us at sales@boswelliacandleco.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographic proof of the damage for assistance. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

I'd like to cancel my order.

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to assist with order cancellations whenever possible.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’d be glad to cancel it and provide a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@boswelliacandleco.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Please note:

  • If the order has already been processed and shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. However, you may return the unused product within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping fees).
  • Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun, as these are made specifically for you.
