Materials:

Candle Care:

• Trim the Wick: Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent soot and ensure a steady flame.
• First Burn: Let the wax melt to the edges of the vessel on the first burn to prevent tunneling.
• Burn Time: Do not burn candles for more than 3-4 hours at a time to maintain vessel integrity.
• Safety: Always burn candles within sight and away from flammable objects, pets, and children.
• Storage: Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their quality and fragrance.
• Reuse the Vessel: Concrete vessels can become very hot during use. Allow it to cool before handling. Once the candle has burned completely, clean the vessel with warm, soapy water and reuse it as a planter, holder, or decorative piece.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund the damaged items. Please email sales@boswelliacandleco.com with photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Returns for Unused Products: Unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).
